นะ ปุเนวัง ภาสิสสามิ

Na punevaṃ bhāsissāmi

I shall not speak thus again;

นะ ปุเนวัง จินตะยิสสามิ.

Na punevaṃ cintayissāmi.

I shall not think thus again.

อิมัง พินทุกัปปัง กะโรมิ.

Imaṃ bindukappaṃ karomi.

I make this mark of allowability.

บาตร : อิมัง ปัตตัง อะธิฏฐามิ.

Imaṃ pattaṃ adhiṭṭhāmi.

Bowl: I determine this bowl.

สังฆาฏิ : อิมัง สังฆาฏิง อะธิฏฐามิ.

Imaṃ saṅghāṭiṃ adhiṭṭhāmi.

Outer robe: I determine this outer robe.

จีวร : อิมัง อุตตะราสังคัง อะธิฏฐามิ.

Imaṃ uttarāsaṅgaṃ adhiṭṭhāmi.

Upper robe: I determine this upper robe.

สบง : อิมัง อันตะระวาสะกัง อะธิฏฐามิ.

Imaṃ antaravāsakaṃ adhiṭṭhāmi.

Inner robe: I determine this inner robe.

ผ้าอาบน้ำฝน : อิมัง วัสสิกะสาฏิกัง อะธิฏฐามิ.

Imaṃ vassikasāṭikaṃ adhiṭṭhāmi.

Rains-bathing cloth: I determine this rains-bathing cloth.

อิทัง เม ภันเต จีวะรัง รัตติวิปปะวุตถัง

Idaṃ me bhante cīvaraṃ rattivippavutthaṃ

Venerable sir, this robe of mine has been apart from me for a night,

อัญญัต๎ระ ภิกขุสัมมะติยา นิสสัคคิยัง

Aññatra bhikkhusammatiyā nissaggiyaṃ

and without the consent of the bhikkhus it is forfeitable.

อิมาหัง อายัส๎มะโต นิสสัชชามิ.

Imāhaṃ āyasmato nissajjāmi.

I forfeit it to the venerable one.

(ถ้า 2 ผืนว่า ท์วิจีวะรัง ถ้าทั้ง 3 ผืนว่า ติจีวะรัง)

(For two cloths say tvicīvaraṃ; for all three say ticīvaraṃ)

อิมัง จีวะรัง อายัส๎มะโต ทัมมิ.

Imaṃ cīvaraṃ āyasmato dammi.

I give this robe to the venerable one.

อิมัง จีวะรัง ตุยหัง วิกัปเปมิ.

Imaṃ cīvaraṃ tuyhaṃ vikappemi.

I assign this robe to you in shared ownership.

หลายผืนว่า อิมานิ จีวะรานิ ตุยหัง วิกัปเปมิ.

Imāni cīvarāni tuyhaṃ vikappemi.

For several cloths say: I assign these robes to you in shared ownership.

อิมัง จีวะรัง มัยหัง สันตะกัง ปะริภุญชะ วา

Imaṃ cīvaraṃ mayhaṃ santakaṃ paribhuñja vā

This robe is my property; use it,

วิสัชเชหิ วา ยะถาปัจจะยัง วา กะโรหิ.

Visajjehi vā yathāpaccayaṃ vā karohi.

or give it away, or do with it as you see fit.
